Get moving. “Easy-peasy!”Do exercise? Every move counts! Standing, stair-climbing, doing housework, playing chasing with a dog… are all OK! Of course, doing exercise is even better! Stretching, running, swimming, dancing, playing basketball, playing football… Level of intensity: Able to sing while doing the activity  Low intensity / Able to carry on a conversation comfortably while doing the activity  Moderate intensity /  Become winded or out of breath when carrying on a conversation  Vigorous intensity / How much should I do? Moderate to vigorous intensity: Accumulate at least 60 mins every day, 60 mins OR 30 mins + 30 mins / How about only doing physical activity of low intensity? Well, that’s better than doing none!
