It can also be some physical activities (running, hiking, playing music instrument). As long as you enjoy yourself, it has already been a good way to cope with stress. Enjoying life. It is not only about consumption. It is not only for rich people nor those who have excellent academic performance. Everybody, no matter their background, can enjoy life.
